My favorite part of being a teacher is “wearing many hats.”
While I’m passionate about language learning, I also love to team up with educators and parents to help walk with students through challenging times, great successes, special programs, and powerful learning initiatives such as the many social justice topics at The San Francisco School. Some of my past and current roles include Spanish teacher, middle school advisor, soccer coach, writing teacher, Outdoor & Environmental Education coordinator, and Trustee. Off-campus, I love to read, write, play sports and musical instruments, and explore ecosystems and cultures. I can often be sighted on the beach with my wife Corinne, a professional opera singer and skillful teacher, and our crazy dog, Mambo.
