There is no greater place than an inclusive and healthy school community… the kind of place that you’re dying to get to in the morning.

The San Francisco School is a place like this; and I am proud to work here. I am a Bay Area native from the far off lands of Mill Valley. I honed my sense of curiosity and exploration while meandering the lanes of Marin on my Schwinn Stingray bicycle. At intervals, I would rest and devour books on the wooden deck of my home, surrounded by my loving parents and three brothers.

I have spent most of my adult life (20+ years) dedicated to schools and the children within them. I myself was educated at San Francisco University High School, the University of Virginia, San Francisco State University, and the University of California at Berkeley. I have worked as a Y-Camp counselor, a substitute teacher, a classroom teacher (grades 1, 2, 3), a tutor, a principal, a technology integration specialist and more. Give me a job in a school, and I’ll give it my all. I’m excited to be working as the 3rd Grade Assistant and the Preschool Spanish Teacher.
