Rapid Phone Notification Service
- The system can only call direct dial numbers (no extensions).
- Anytime an "Emergency" call is coming through from The School, your caller ID will display 411.
- Be sure to say "Hello" when you answer the phone. There is a slight 3-second pause once the phone has been answered.
- Please stay on the line but do not talk after the initial "hello" so that the system can determine if a person or a machine has answered the phone.
- The system will leave a message on your voicemail or answering machine if it picks up within 6 rings.
- If you have such things as Telemarketer Zapper or Privacy Director on your phone lines you may not receive the call.
