Thank you for your interest in attending our Middle School Open House! This evening Open House follows a specific program. Therefore, it is important that you arrive on time. Prospective parents and students are encouraged to attend.  Once you have submitted this form, please consider your reservation confirmed. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the School as soon as possible so that we can offer your time to another interested family.
