School Nurse

I am so grateful to be a part of a diverse and inclusive community that values and cares for each other’s health and well being!

I grew up in Santa Cruz, CA. In 2013, I moved to the East Bay to attend nursing school. While in school, I worked for Hayward Unified School District as a paraeducator. I realized then how much I enjoyed school-based health and working with kids. I received my BSN degree and RN license in 2017 and started working in an adult acute care unit but I eventually transitioned to pediatrics at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland so I could work with children and families again.

I enjoy pediatrics, especially spending time with my patients and their families to educate and support them. As a school nurse, I am so happy to combine my love of public health, education, and working with families!
