I’m very excited to start this school year and start a new adventure with SFS!
Hi! I’m Monica and I was born and raised in NJ. I went to Rutgers University for my undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Education. I’m currently pursuing my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy online with Northcentral University.
I just moved out to California in June and I’m so excited to be here! I’ve been working with kids in some capacity since I was in high school. Whether it was as a tutor, Sunday school teacher, coach, youth mentor, and many others, I always enjoy working with all kids through any medium. They always bring a refreshing and updated perspective into learning.
In my free time, I love to cook! The more spice, the better. I also like to read, draw, and explore new parts of the Bay Area!
