Daniel Munda

I was drawn to the San Francisco School based on its values of community, diversity, and commitment to the arts.

I love coming to work each day with such enthusiastic and engaged students, as well as a talented, dedicated, and passionate group of colleagues.

I grew up in the Bay Area and absolutely love it here. I went to high school at Junipero Serra in San Mateo.  I studied Communications and Philosophy at UC Santa Barbara. I earned my teaching credential at Sacramento State. I’ve been a teacher since 2003. Most recently I’ve worked as a special education teacher in Berkeley for the past seven years. I’ve worked with students from elementary through high school in my career.

I live in Noe Valley with my wife, Rebecca, and two sons, Oliver and Theo. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and the outdoors.
