LiveWhale is the content management system (CMS) that we use to keep the San Francisco School site current, informative, engaging, and interesting. It’s designed to be as easy as possible for our staff and faculty.
There’s a library of support documents at gethelp.livewhale.com, and some particulars for SFSchool.org are included on these pages. First, let’s cover some basic operating instructions.
Logging In
There’s an “Editor Login” link in the footer of every page of the site. Click that link to log in using your username and password.
Editing Pages
If you log in using the Editor Login footer link, you’ll be returned to the last site page you visited. The only difference will be the CMS toolbar at the top of the page. To edit one of your pages, just go to that page. If you’re authorized to edit the page, you’ll see an Edit Page link at top left; click that to begin page editing!
